Terms of Service

1. Services

LGP Airconditioning provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians.

2. Diagnostic Fee

• The diagnostic visit fee starts at $50 for locations within 25 miles of our Port St. Lucie base.
• For locations beyond 25 miles, an additional travel fee of $20 per 10 miles applies.
• The diagnostic fee is credited in full toward any repair or installation you authorize.
• The diagnostic fee is charged even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide written estimates before beginning any repair or installation work. Final pricing may vary from estimates only if additional issues are discovered during the work — in which case we will inform you and obtain authorization before proceeding.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations without adequate notice may result in the diagnostic fee being charged to cover the technician's travel time.

5. Warranty

Labor performed by LGP Airconditioning is warranted against defects for a period specified at the time of service. Parts installed are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

LGP Airconditioning's liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
